January Accountability Friday
WooHoo!!! It's Friday and I am so happy to know that I have the weekend ahead of me. It's been a difficult week... in all aspects! Yesterday was a terrible stress eating day at work... I can't even begin to imagine the calories I consumed as most of it was chocolate!!!! Today is a new a day... and I have a plan. What's your plan? Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!
Plan:
Exercise: 3 miles on treadmill
B: Believe RTD

D: mesquite chicken
snacks: 100 cal snack, sf pudding

I have exercised every morning this week when I got up and stayed on track with my eating. today is my first challenge. Tonight is the Cotton Bowl and I am going to a party/dinner at a friends. I figured I could eat regularly and wish I got to nibble a bit more at the party or I could drink liquids all day and get to feel more "normal" at the party. I don't mean going hog wild there, but getting to have a small amount of what I want, within reason. I'm going with the drinking liquids, mostly tea and water and decaf coffee all day until I get there. I do this every day at work anyway other than I have some lunch, which many times is 1 c of soup or other frozen entree.
I don't know what all will be there, but I know what we're taking is low fat versions of dip and dessert: hot crab dip and choc. cheeseball
My plan:
protein coffee
Too many oz. to count of decaf tea, water, decaf coffee and one mug of chicken broth for a change up. I have several varieties of tea.
Cotton Bowl: chicken salad, sans bread, some crab dip with a few pieces of sourdough bread (no butter on it) to dip and maybe a couple of bites of graham cracker w/ choc. cheeseball. I don't know what else will be there but hot ham and cheese sandwiches but I'll forego that for the chicken salad.
I did elliptical on a higher resistance this morning for 20 minutes and will do my sit ups when I get home.

Yesterday was not a good food day for me either. Ate way to many snacks last night but did manage to get in all my water which I don't normally do.

It's been a crazy day. Can you believe I actually thought I'd been here and posted this morning.
Had a big salad at lunch with my sister and my pouch did not like it. Not sure if I ate too fast, too much or didn't take my time chewing....who knows? Maybe it was a little of all those things put together. It was ugly and it hurt for about 3-4 hours. Just now getting to where I feel better.
I've been to the gym a few times this week and trying to get back into the swing of things. Need to re-establish my routine. That's the hardest part of it all for me.
Anyhow...
I will post a better plan tomorrow.
