Good morning!  Moving kinda slow this morning.... having trouble finding my umph this week!!  Guess it's just hard after having 2 weeks off!  What's everyone's plan for today  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise:  none
B: RTD
L: Chili
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: SF jello or pudding, 100 cal snack

Here's today's plan:

Exercise: 20 minutes on Elliptical and 100 sit ups...did E + 150 sit ps

B: protein coffee...done
120+ oz. liquids including water, decaf coffee, chicken broth & tea...Yes
L: chef salad sans bacon bits and my beloved cheddar cheese...yes
D: Cream of poblano & chicken soup...Yes + 11 tiny chile lime tortilla strips
S: Yogurt or lf cottage cheese & a few prunes...100 calorie Yogurt and 6 prunes

Good morning ladies!  Just came back from walking the dogs and it's chilly outside.

L: project at work and have no idea what they are bringing in
S: yogurt
D: slice of pizza

Good morning,

Today I plan to track my calories and protein  as well as weight and measure my portions.  I have been snacking at night more then normal and need to SEE how many calories I am eating.  


My food  plaln for today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly
L: Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese / veggie
D: Pork / mix veggie/ potato;s
S;  Banana / 100 cal pack

64 oz of water
