120+ oz. liquids including water, decaf coffee, chicken broth & tea...Yes
L: chef salad sans bacon bits and my beloved cheddar cheese...yes
D: Cream of poblano & chicken soup...Yes + 11 tiny chile lime tortilla strips
S: Yogurt or lf cottage cheese & a few prunes...100 calorie Yogurt and 6 prunes

Today I plan to track my calories and protein as well as weight and measure my portions. I have been snacking at night more then normal and need to SEE how many calories I am eating.
