Good Evening Ladies,
Didn't have a plan and I suffered the consequences.
My food was a disaster. No excuses, just didn't stick to my basic rule of planned eating. Thanks to, Mike, I did manage to force myself to stick to my exercise plan for the day and did 35 min. of cardio and 25 strength training/weights.
Searching for my motivation in 2011. Help!! I need to find "my little black dress" or something.
Until tomorrow....
