Good morning!!! Everything around here is moving slow this morning... including my computer!!! Kids go back to school today and I'm already back to work so it's business as usual around here!!!

I'm feeling better, so it's back to work for me too. Honestly, I seriously need to get back to my routine. I've used the holidays as an excuse to not plan and slack on my exercise. It's time to get "back on track."
Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- 30 - 40 min. exercise
- Sleep
