Here is mine............hopefully I can keep on going for a little while anyway.....
the major loss is due to excitement, anxiety and lots and lots of lonely heart feelings of sense of loss and just home life stress.  So this weekend instead of reaching out to EAT - I went walking.....lots and lots of walking !!  

12-27-10 weigh in:
Highest Weight:  350+
consult Weight: 338
Surgery day:  319
Last time I weighed:223
Today's weight:  240
Loss-Gain -   way too much.....but its downhill from here....


THIS WEEK:

Loss-Gain -  -17 lbs.

 WOW Amazing Phyllis !!!!  SO proud of you.    Hope your leg is doing much better.   Exercise does help with the weight loss !!!!  You just proved that.    Love you and I am so proud of you !!!

Thanks Vivian -  in my mind - I'm trying to think of ways that I can walk more during the week -  lunchtime is mostly used to move cars around...lol            Wanna walk tonight and not sure when  and how much I can get done.....SO MUCH MORE TIME FOR ME ON THE WEEKEND !!  LOL

Surprised with the loss since I have been eating more treats than normal.  

I am below goal now so guess this will give me a little more bounce back.  

Revision Start weight: 219
Last week: 113
This week: 110.8
Weekly loss:  - 2.2

Good job Phyllis, now keep it up.  No matter what happens, it is important to you to keep working at it.

As far as my weight goes, I am just going to have to say Too Much today.

I've been off the board for a while, but noticed I gained 15 lbs in the past year...so I'm back on the forum cuz I know ya'll will help me get back on track!

It's nice to see some of the same faces, and I'm so happy to see all the more recent successes.  I work part time at JC Penney Salon, and last night a lady was getting her hair done, and her friend struck up a conversation with me...and YES...the client getting her hair done was a RNY success story!  We had a lot of laughs and both agreed it was the best thing we ever did for ourselves!

I've been out of pocket for a few weeks with my winter vacation from school but now it's back to the grind. 

Highest: 264.5
Last time I weighed about 2 weeks ago: 214.2
Monday:  209.2
Loss/Gain: -5 lbs.

Yay I'm proud of myself.  I had been eating bad (or so I thought) while out on vacation but I did plenty of shopping and walking so i balanced out.
