January Accountability Monday
Good morning!!! It's back to work for me today... trying to look on the bright side!!! I will be able to get back to my routine... and that's a good thing right???
Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles treadmill???
B: Believe RTD
L: Chili
D: Tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: SF pudding, 100 cal swiss miss bar

I'm jumping in here today... I need the help.
I'm starting the 5-day which will probably crater me as I am meeting a friend for dinner I've not seen in 3 years... it's dinner, of course. I'll just do my protein shakes all day and hopefully will make a teeny choice of something that won't hurt me too bad.

I would have been at work today, except that I'm feeling sick. Decided not to go in today and just stay home and re-cooperate from this funk.

Good morning ladies! One more day for me and I'm back to work tomorrow :( Oh well, it's kinda good to get back to a normal routine. Deciding what I'm gonna do today....finish painting, go thru paperwork for taxes or do some landscaping in the back yard..... Yeah, fun right? NOT!!!
