January Accountability Sunday
Good morning!!! Wow can you believe it's January!! I have to say that I'm feeling very empowered this morning! Without me even nagging about it my hubby and kids have all asked if they can start eating healthier too!!! So this morning we are all going grocery shopping and planning our menu for the week! This just makes me soooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!

Exercise: 3 miles on the treadmill and 30 min on the elliptical

It is COLD this morning and my allergies are killing me. I've got a runny nose and I'm stuffed up. I will not use this as an excuse to have sugar or seek comfort in food. (Not an easy commitment to myself, but I'm up for the challenge.)

- Hot bath
- Cup of hot tea
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots and lots of liquids
- Healthy food choices
- 30 Min. Exercise
- OA on-line meeting
- Rest & Relax
- Play time w/ Ms. Vivian
