Good morning!!!  Wow can you believe it's January!!  I have to say that I'm feeling very empowered this morning!  Without me even nagging about it my hubby and kids have all asked if they can start eating healthier too!!!  So this morning we are all going grocery shopping and planning our menu for the week!  This just makes me soooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!


Plan... 
Exercise:  3 miles on the treadmill and 30 min on the elliptical
B: Believe RTD
L: Taco soup
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce and a veggie
Snacks: Oh Yeah RTD

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Good morning Paige!  Very cool that you're family wants to get on the "healthy eating" bandwagon...wish mine would...  Pop tarts & hot pockets just don't look very healthy.

B: eggs/bacon
S: protein shake
L: leftover carnitas
D: birthday dinner for MIL (BBQ, beans, potato salad)

120+ oz. liquids
quiche full of protein and veggies for lunch
Italian tortellini soup for dinner

Good Morning All,

It is COLD this morning and my allergies are killing me.  I've got a runny nose and I'm stuffed up.  I will not use this as an excuse to have sugar or seek comfort in food.  (Not an easy commitment to myself, but I'm up for the challenge.)

Today's Plan:
- Get on the scale 
- Hot bath
- Cup of hot tea
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots and lots of liquids
- Healthy food choices
- 30 Min. Exercise
- OA on-line meeting
- Rest & Relax
- Play time w/ Ms. Vivian

Still not on normal routine will be eating on the go today:

Get in 64 oz of water
Make good food choices and watch portion size
Take Vitamins
Wear pedometer
