Good morning!!!  I've got lots of errands to do today so we can head out to Dallas for NYE!  I'm so excited!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Soup
D: ???  think we might be going out to eat
Snacks:  going to try and stay away from them.

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good morning Paige !! 

Well - I don't know what my plan is  -except for getting through today and tomorrow.
I'm so excited that I really haven't been able to eat.  Nervous and my stomach is not being good....but I've lost 4 lbs !!  :)  

I don't have a plan today -  I know my bad - but I didn't have a thing in the house to make nor bring...waiting for payday and just making due with what we've got and it was all FROZEN !!  lol   I had to head out of house this am at 530 to get bro to work by 6ish and I was at the office by 645.   I have the car today - so I'll be heading to do an errand and probably aiming for a chicken salad from chik fil a or something like that..........I WILL MAKE IT A GOOD CHOICE CUZ ONLY I CAN DO IT !!

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Good Morning Accountability Pals,

Ready for 2011?  It's almost here....

I'm at work this morning, EVERYBODY is on vacation and I admit, it is hard to focus on work.  Need to keep busy so that my day can "fly" by, I guess. 

The Plan for today:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy planned eating
- PS2 play time & a movie w/ Mike

I seriously need 2011 to get here so that I can get back on track w/ my exercise.  Mike has agreed to do it with me.
