Wrapping up my day here too...
Today's Plan was:
- Meditation - yes, so what, but could have done better
- OA Meeting - nope, got side tracked, might try again later tonight
- Vitamins - yes
- Lots of water - Nope, managed to get in 1/2 of my daily goal
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating - Ya, I guess, but need to work on planning better..LAZY
- PS3 Ping Pong and/or Archery - Up next, Mike, is turning on our PS3, now...YAY!!
- Down time - vegging w/ hubby - No, Mike, decided to play tennis tonight...

So far not to bad of a day!!!! I did realize though that I should have had something to eat at lunch rather then a shake.... if I had then I don't think I would have grabbed the crackers and chocolate!!! Won't make that mistake tomorrow!
Exercise: 3-5 miles on treadmill, taking the kids roller skating but have not decided if I will skate or not (went to the gym but we decided to save the roller skating for tommorrow)

I know it's a few days later but I just joined the site. I am on day 11 after surgery and I am struggling to get in all I need to drink, eat and take. I am sipping protein, drinking water and popping vitamins and meds like crazy and I still don't get in the 60 g and all the water -it's either one or the other. Any suggestions?
