December Accountability Tuesday

Good morning!  I found a new incentive this morning to get back on track... I have a dress that I want to wear for New Years Eve and it is a bit tight.... until this morning I couldn't even get it zipped.... amazing what a difference 2 little pounds can make!!!!  So I'm going to try really hard to see if I can lose a few more by Friday night!!!!!  It might be a bit unrealistic but it gives me a reason to leave the Christmas goodies alone!!!

Plan:
Exercise:  3-5 miles on treadmill, taking the kids roller skating but have not decided if I will skate or not
B: Believe RTD
L: Chili or Oh Yeah RTD
D: tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks... going to try to resist today!!!

Good morning.  You're going to Rock that dress on NYE...well worth being strict this week!

Plan for today:
protein coffee..working on now
120+ oz. liquids, including a SBUX decaf or McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
pig in blanket
eating out for dinner...maybe Italian.  I hope they have good chicken/veal piccata

Good Morning All,

Wow, Paige....you are soooo good.  I'm sure you will look great in the dress come New Years Eve. 

Hmmmm....makes me think I need to go out and find my external motivation.  -- Whatever works, right?

Got on my scale this morning and the number looks much better.  Busy morning and it's been cold so its always a bit harder for me to get going when I'm cold.  Things are quite at the office with everybody on vacation, so that makes it nice.

Today's Plan:
- Meditation
- OA Meeting
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- PS3 Ping Pong and/or Archery
- Down time - vegging w/ hubby
