So how did you really do? Monday Edition
This has been my day....
Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill (yes)
B: Believe RTD (yes)
L: Chili or Baked Potato soup (no... had 2 Christmas cookies instead)
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce (currently in the oven)
Snacks: 1 oreo ball, handful of chex mix

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Ok, so here's how it went....
B: sipping on a protein shake made of 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of eggnog & 2 scoops of max protein vanilla. It is soooo worth the extra calories with the eggnog, it is delish!!! (check, drank about 3/4)
S: summer sausage/cheese leftovers(check)
L: ham, green bean casserole (check, ate just the ham w/ a cheese slice)
S: maybe another protein shake (skipped this)
D: dunno yet (had Kung Pao beef)

gingerbread biscotti-yes
chili for dinner w/crackers- no crackers
hopefully some sf pecan pie- yes 1 piece
also had 4 handfulls chips
worked 10 hrs straight no break. hands feel and knees swollen, completely exhausted
