So how did you really do? Sunday Edition
Well not a bad day but probably could have been better!!!
My plan…
Exercise: headed to the gym for 3-5 miles on the treadmill (went shopping instead)
B: Believe RTD (had half a small Peppermint Mocha Starbucks)
L: Chili (no... instead had a few bites here and there of holiday goodies... need that stuff to be gone!!!!)
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce (yes)
Snacks: nothing yet... unless you count what I had for my lunch!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
B: 1 slice bacon, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice of toast check
S: protein shake (had banana pudding instead)
L: leftover ham/ green bean casserole (had leftover roast instead of ham)
S: summer sausage/cheese ( had nothing)
D: don't know just yet (had a protein shake mixed with 1/2 cup of eggnog...yummo!)
protein coffee...yes
120+ oz. liquids...yes
took all my vits/supplements already but calcium and will do later...got in calcium too
lunch: baked potato soup and turkey...just the soup and some TX trash later
dinner: don't know yet...will make a freezer raid most likely & let guys pick...had 1/2 pork country style rib-grilled and some quinoa with sautee veggies/spices in it...yummy!
had a few Christmas sweet treats here and tehre
exercise: hopefully walk/run at park or neighborhood and taking down decorations
