The Journey 12/26
Well, the holiday eating frenzy is almost over. Still have New Year's to get past but I'm seriously trying to find an excuse to not be at my mom's that day.
I had NO problem with food choices for Christmas dinner, as my mom served almost inedible dry burned fried chicken, fake mashed potatoes, broccoli cooked to mush, nasty corn casserole, and peas. I ate one burned chicken leg, some peas, and a teaspoon of potatoes. I left before they made hot fudge sundaes.
I did try to cut off my finger yesterday while opening a package for Woogie. Snipped a 1/4" V into the top of my left index finger. It hurts like the devil.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
