December Accountability Monday

Good morning!!  I know many of you are back to work today... luckily I still have another week off!  Plans today are to hit the gym... I think I am finally feeling well enough to go.  Then it's home to pack up all the Christmas decorations upstairs.  We did the downstairs yesterday.  Feels good to get the house back in order.  Hubby thinks I'm a Scrooge for doing it!!!

Plan:
Exercise:  3-5 miles on the treadmill
B:  Believe RTD
L:  Chili or Baked Potato soup
D:  tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks:  going to try really, really hard to not have any!!!!!!

Still trying to get my weight up so eating higher fat food:

yogurt w/grapenuts
yogurt w/grapenuts (yes I ate it 2x)
1/2 cotto salami sammie on wheat w/mayo
fritos
broc florets & carrots w/ranch
protein bar
protein drink
gingerbread biscotti
chili for dinner w/crackers
hopefully some sf pecan pie!!

Good morning ladies!  One more day off and I'm back to work tomorrow :(    Luckily, it will be a 3 day week though!   I will be painting today since I had a wonderful day of R & R yesterday!

B: sipping on a protein shake made of 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of eggnog & 2 scoops of max protein vanilla.  It is soooo worth the extra calories with the eggnog, it is delish!!!
S: summer sausage/cheese leftovers
L: ham, green bean casserole
S: maybe another protein shake
D: dunno yet

Good morning!

Yesterday wasn't too bad.  Hopefully today either, even though I'm still eating a few things I normally wouldn't with the guys home.

Tonight is movie and pizza night with MIL and her hubby coming over.

Plan:
protein coffee...alredy downed...yes
120+ oz. liquids...working on those...still working on it...good progress
lunch: tamale balls that are leftover...protein packed and yummy but have a few carbs, too...yes
snack: 1/2 c TX trash and 2 cookies  :(

dinner: pizza and salad...will have in an hour or so
