Day after Christmas Accountability
Good morning!! I hope you all had a fabulous day yesterday and that Santa was good to all of you!!! We made it through Christmas and now just need to get through New Years! I’m going to hit it really hard between now and Thursday to get back on track with my eating as we will be headed out of town for New Years. Think I might hit a few sales today and have one thing to return then heading to the gym! Anyone else going to venture out today??
My plan…
Exercise: headed to the gym for 3-5 miles on the treadmill

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce

dinner: don't know yet...will make a freezer raid most likely & let guys pick

Hosted Christmas lunch yesterday at our place and it was a hit. We had tons of fun. Watch our, A Christmas Story marathon, listened to Christmas carols and played our traditional family games. Food was simple and delicious, but now I have tons of leftovers haunting me. (Any suggestions for getting rid of the leftovers?)
My food has been sloppy and I find myself avoiding the scale. I'm ready for New Years because I need to get the holidays behind me so I can focus.
Today's Plan:
- Clean house
- Lunch out for Mike's B'day
- Reading, Rest & Sleep (I'm feeling tired)
Work for me tomorrow so I would like today to be "low-key." -- No returns for me...Thank goodness.
