Christmas Eve Accountability

Good morning!!!!  Is everyone ready for the festivities to begin!!!!  I think I'm actually more excited for them to be over so things can get back to normal...

Plan:
Exercise:  going to the gym this morning and will do 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: will probably skip lunch
D: Baked Potato soup/ drop biscuits (like Red Lobsters) and choc/peanut butter pie
snacks:  probably a few Christmas goodies

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one... but it is the holiday so enjoy in moderation!!!

Good morning Paige!  I think I'm with you on that although I LOVE the time off, I'm ready for the chaos to be over with!  I haven't truly had time to sit back and relax!  

B: Thinking about making chorizo & eggs
S: protein shake
L: summer sausage/cheese
S: more summer sausage
D: chili at the in laws & junk, I'm sure!
