So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition
Here are my eats for today,
B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast - yes
L: Tilapia / mixed veggies - Yes plus a 1/4 c of rice
D; Spaghetti or something with lean ground beef - Yes plus a lasagna roll, spinach ravioli / farlic cheese toast
S: Banana / 100 cal snacks - Had cheese nips and fun size snickers - will probably have another snack before bed.
Not doing good on water today only on my 2nd 16oz bottle.
