Hey there Paige!  Sorry, been  busy trying to get all my shopping in....and of course, there's the wrapping...which I dread!!

B: protein shake
S: 1 egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/2 slice toast
L: small Quiznos salad
D: painkiller from Cheddar's & 1/2 a chicken wrap
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Here are my eats for today,

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast  - yes
L: Tilapia / mixed veggies - Yes plus a 1/4 c of rice
D; Spaghetti or something with lean ground beef  - Yes plus a lasagna roll, spinach ravioli / farlic cheese toast
S: Banana / 100 cal snacks - Had cheese nips and fun size snickers - will probably have another snack before bed.

Not doing good on water today only on my 2nd 16oz bottle.
