12 hours to go!

and I'll be having my surgery! Have to be at Memorial Hermann Memorial City at 9:30 for 11:30 surgery. Don't know what I'll be doing for 2 hours, but I hope it goes by quickly.

Am too wired/nervous right now to even think about sleeping, so I'm finishing up my Christmas baking - first time I've baked without taste testing everything!

Good Luck, What a wonderful Christmas Present!  The 2 hr.s go quick with registration  changing clothes asking you questions starting IV giving you sleepy medicine . Make sure you drink drink drink while you recuperate and take your medicine with just a couple sips of fluid and wait 30 min. before drinking again. And walk walk walk to pass the gas GasX helped when I was still uncomfortable after the pain medicine. Say goodbye to your old life by taking a pair of your pants and put them up in the closet. Do not take them down until next year on this day. Or since it's Christmas wrap them as a present and open it next year. Rest well we'll save you a seat over here on the losers bench.

What a wonderful Christmas gift to give yourself!! We are here for you every step of the way! It is a new begining for you, just stick to your Drs plan and you will do great! if you can do all that baking presurgery without tasting, you know you can do this!! You will be in my prayers!
