Good morning. Missed this earlier when on here since you must have been sleeping in. Hope you enjoyed it. I have to get baking in a few minutes. Sand tarts and peanut butter blossoms are on the agenda for today. Ben's frying turkeys...has the peanut oil heating up outside now.
Back to finish posting. No fried turkeys today...the electric fryer is dead. Will have to borrow BIL's turkey frying equipment and do it tomorrow.
My plan:

sf vanilla iced coffee
1/4 c trash mix
chef salad for lunch w/ lite dressing
Beef rigatoni for dinner
couple of sand tarts I'm sure...have to test them.

I've had a super busy week. Working, baking, shopping...I'm about to go nuts.
Got on the scale this morning, and I was surprised I was just 1lb over goal. Too much sugar everywhere, I'm struggling to keep from grazing.
Today's plan:
- Keep it simple
- Pray & give THANKS to HP for all my gifts (Loving/Supportive Family/My Home & My Job)
