Weekly loss/gain: - 1.0
I stayed on plan last week as I knew today is my 18 month check up and I wanted to at least be down a 100 lb. That shouldn't be a problem as I think the Doc scales is only about 2 lbs heavier then mine.

At Goal - maintaining between 115 - 119
I don't want to think I'm done but I've been within 2lbs for the last month. I've done everything I know to do so I think my body has just decided it's time to play by IT'S rules now! I can't complain and if I stay right here I'm fine with that. I never had a set in stone goal weight, more of a goal size of 12, and I'm there...depending on what brand it is! It would be nice to have 15-20lb leeway for bounce back weight but I know several folks who never bounced so maybe I won't either. Anyway...I've decided not to torture myself and be happy with what I have for now. If the losses start again, great! If not, I'm OK with that, too.
