December Accountability Monday
Man... that was some cold medicine!!!! Knocked me out until almost 9:30 this morning! Sorry for getting us started late today!
Plan:
Exercise: none since I'm not feeling well
B: SF hot spiced cider
L: soup
D: tilapia
Snacks: a few crackers and maybe some frozen yogurt

I had 40 oz. water...added 32 more oz. of water and 1.5 c coffee
1/2 sausage cheese biscuit because I was starving
bought sf iced vanilla coffee which when I took a sip after getting home is real sugar hazelnut. I was NOT happy with McDonald's...Yes
1 rod pretzel...add one more
will have taco soup for lunch or chef salad...Ben ate taco soup before I got to it so I had chicken cream of poblano instead
steak/veggie for dinner...had 1/2 small angus steak and small green salad
