So how did you really do? Sunday Edition
Well I had a plan but didn't stick to it very well... I've felt horrible all day!! Got up and made a trip to Walmart and HEB for groceries... took some cold medicine and it knocked me out for 4 hours. But got up and went out to eat and now I'm debating on whether or not it's too early to go back to bed!!!
Exercise: 3 miles on the treadmill nope
B: My Fit Foods Muffin nope... had a SF hot spiced cider instead
L: My Fit Foods Pear Salmon (half of it) nope... had a handful of bugle crackers instead
D: going out for Mexican food I think??? had a few chips, 1 flauta and 1 nacho
Snacks: a few crackers nope, 100 cal fudge bar nope
