TGIF!!!!!!!!  I am so excited that it's Friday!!!  Hopefully I will be officially on Christmas vacation by 4:00!!!!  Of course I think after this week I may do nothing but sleep the this weekend!

Plan:
B: Cafe Mocha kcup
L: soup
D: Tilapia
Snacks:  FF pudding, 100 cal fudge bar

Good morning.  Here's my plan for today...maybe not perfect because of a Christmas gathering but that's okay.  I'm not paying for food and not at leasting eating a bit.

protein coffee
120+ oz. liquids
salad and pizza toppings at cici's...I'll chunk the crust
not sure what will be late dinner...

My schedule will be off since our lunch is at 2:45.  I plan on just drinking stuff until then.

Good morning! I have a work Christmas party tonight, but the menu was "pre-planned" months ago, so I was able to order then-of course I don't really REMEMBER what I ordered-except that I chose beef over fish!!

B: Warm Click 

L: Going to stick to warm liquids today-protein/warm tea, etc, since having party stuff tonight

S: Before party, apple for "filling" fiber 

D: Steak, salad, and one bite of cheesecake

E: Will walk total of 30 minutes somewhere in this day-maybe during potty breaks!  

Will drink 120 oz water and continue re-listening to my "Dr Connie CDs" in the car

I am taking a 1/2 day off today so don't really have a food plan since I am not sure when and where I will be.


64 oz of liquids
Make good food choices
Take Vitamins
Be careful of late night snacking

Hi All,

I'm a bit late with my posting today, but I finally made it to OH today. 

The Xmas holiday is killing me.  Not sure if Xmas Stress...$$$$, shopping, food everywhere.  Got on the scale and I'm not happy with my number.  Must stick to my plan TODAY.

Today's Plan:
- Stay connected to my HP
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Healty Food Choices / Planned eating
- 30 min. exercise
-  A movie w/ Mike
