Just think- next Friday is Christmas Eve! EEK! Are you ready? I need to wrap a few more presents. Other than that, I think I'm done.

Jesus on a piece of candy? Wow- that's incredible. I just heard it on the news. I am not a big believer in the idea that Jesus appears on food items or windows.

Good morning everyone.  I know that I havent been aboard the train in weeks, but I am here today.  This time next week I will be with Don and 'fur child' aka Bridgette, and I can hardly wait!!!  The luggage is going to be extra heavy this time, as I have to transport Don's and Bridgette's present in my luggage.

Yesterday was not a good day cash wise.  As you may know, Atlanta had 'icey dicey' conditions yesterday.  Well, I made it to the office park without any issue (approx 15 miles) ... but it was from the office park entrance to the office  (we are talking only one-tenth mile at most) that I had issues.  Had to turn a corner into the office park, and I slid in to the curb very hard.  Needless to say, an alignment was going to be needed on the car after that 'hit', but I also bent the wheel, so it had to be replaced too.  $318 later and car is working like a charm...but I didnt make that much in salary yesterday...so I would have been better to have stayed at home all day.  Lesson learned...next time ice happens here, I am staying home at least until 10am before I leave for work!!!

Sorry you had troubles yesterday. I'm glad you weren't hurt. I think its just best to stay home if there's ice on the road. Us Southerners just should stay off the roads because the states aren't that great at sanding roads.

You got that right...like I said, I will be waiting several hours before leaving...oh, by the way the temp rose to mid-to high 50's in the afternoon !!!

Good morning! I took off today and my daughter and I will drop the babies off at daycare and get some shopping done! I just wish I had my Christmas bonus - will get it Sunday. I already know how much it is as I write the checks! Do you think anyone would notice if I just got an empty envelope?

WOOOHOOO for Friday!  I'm working from home in my jammies on the couch, makes it a doubly WOOOOHOOOO day, LOL! 

Prayers are going up for all that need them, especially our Meggie.... Anyone have any update on her?

Off work today but my "to do" list keeps expanding!!  Biggest "to do" is getting Norma's gift!  Still debating what to get her.  Can tell you for sure that somewhere along the way today I will find myself at a Starbucks!  I've earned it this week!

Afternoon Alissa! My shopping is done , presents wrapped,and stockings hung and filledonthe fireplace!Iam headed to the spa car so I can go back to work on Sunday! Hopefully!!
