Good morning! This is my last 12+ hour work day...tomorrow back to regular hours!!!! It's been a long week and I'm exhausted... but so very thankful that I will have the next 2 weeks off!!!

First off, please allow me to apologize for being MIA from this thread. Ipromise to TRY to do better. Our office "Secret Santa" party is today, and, if the Thanksgiving spread was any indication, there will be LOTS of "pot luck" food. I have tried to PLAN, but will "go over" my usual calories, etc, so have PLANNED extra exercise.

L: Office party. The sign up sheet promises SOME "good stuff"-ham/turkey/veggie trays--and I'm taking MEGGIE's "Oreo Heaven", made with SF Oreos, which will be MY dessert treat, and hopefully will keep my hands out of the "other" stuff
D: Protein shake , orange
E: 2 miles at the track, walk the 1/4 mile to and from the track
All my vitamins/minimum 120 oz water and green tea/Work on Chapter 2 agan of "Eat It Up"

Good thing this is you last "12+ Hr. Work Day." Even I'm looking forward to your vacation.
I on the other hand have a long day ahead for me. Work then a meeting at 5:30 and I can't wait for it to all be over. My husband has his Xmas dinner party this evening so I'm going to exercise and them read/relax.
