So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition
Just a couple more days Paige and we're home free! Since I posted so late today, I had all the crap food I said I did and ended up having soup with meatballs from a PHO Restaurant. Tomorrow I vow to eat better!
B: 1/2 Carne Guisada taco
S: Ms. Field's cookies (brought in by a customer)
L: chips/salsa (co worker's wife made it and it was delish) more cookies uggh
S: Banana split cake (co worker made it for a couple of employee bdays)
D: REAL FOOD hopefully....

one pretzel
1 c chicken cauliflower soup
1.5 pulled pork tacos
flaxseed sf cake in a cup
not my best day, but not my worst!
exercise was toting groceries around walmart including lugging a 40 lb. sack of dog food into the basket, out of the basket, into the trunk, out of the trunk...to the barn along with 20 other sacks.

L: 1/2 chicken salad wrap - Yes plus 6 chips
D: Protein / veggie / mashed potatoes - No, had 1/2 bread chicken breast / fries
S: Frozen banana slices / 100 cal snack - Not yet, will have later
64 oz of water - Almost, about to start on my last 16 oz.
