Well Monday is almost over!! I am still at work and will be for a few more hours...ugh! So how did everyone do today?

I feel sorry for you that you have to stay so late and for a few days in a row.

proten coffee...I actually had protein coffee!
120+ oz. liquids...yes
jalapeno egg bites for snack...yes
chicken salad w/ 3 crackers for lunch...yes, but 4 crackers
pulled pork and veggie for dinner...made chipless nachos with it...yummy
snack: yogurt or more egg bites...will have skinny cow ice cream sandwich

Exercise: zumba after work...didn't feel well so came home...I worked my fingers to the bone writing checks to pay bills.  Does that count?

Good evening,

Here is what I have eaten today:

B: Ham and cheese omelet / Toast with jelly - Yes
L: Chicken Salad Sandwich / light chips - Yes
D: Pork / mixed veggie / mashed potatoe's - Yes plus 1/2 roll
S: Frozen banana chips / 100 - 200 cal snack - No but plan to have later

64 oz of water - No at 32 oz.

Evening ladies!  Didn't have time to post this morning and was too busy to log on at work.

B: protein shake
S: few bites of oatmeal cause I smelled it, wanted it but can't stand the stuff!
L: 1/4 nachos from Taco Cabana w/ a coworker
D: 1/2 Schlotzky's sandwich on our way to my sons basketball game

Good Evening Ladies,

Over all,  I think I had a good day.  For the most part, I stuck to my master plan, and thank goodness my day is finally wrapping up.  Just wanted to come back on-line and post before I call it a night.

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer / Connection w/ my HP (as many times as needed to make it through TODAY) = YES
- Take all my vitamins = YES
- Focus on getting my water in = YES
- Planned eating = YES
- Exercise = YES
- Rest = OFF TO READ AND SLEEP, NOW.
