Good morning.  I'm not overly motivated to go take a shower but I better!

Here's my plan...hoping my tummy feels better than yesterday.
protein coffee...already downed
120+ oz. liquids
soup for lunch
dinner: pulled pork something w/ veggie
snack: yogurt or something

Good Morning All,

Off to a good start at the Martinez household.  It's been a busy week and hard to stay focused due to Christmas being just around the corner.  I still have a few people/gifts I need to shop for.....

Today's Plan - 
- Prayer/Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Sensible meals / Healthy food choices
- Exercise
- Rest

Really late with this but here it goes...

B: 1/2 Carne Guisada taco
S: Ms. Field's cookies (brought in by a customer)
L: chips/salsa (co worker's wife made it and it was delish) more cookies uggh
S: Banana split cake (co worker made it for a couple of employee bdays)
D: REAL FOOD hopefully....

Man, this time of year is crazy with junk food!  Luckily, Friday is my last day so I can regroup!!!!
