Liquid protein ideas
I'd like to do a week or two of liquid, to get back on track. My eating has been horrendous. And I'm ashamed to say I haven't had a protein shake in a LONG time. I never did find one I liked. And I tried alot of them. I got a sampler pack from Maria once and didn't like a one of them.
SO, now I'm on a mission- what do you use? What do you mix with it to make it taste a bit better? I don't like coffee and I'm a bigger fan of strawberry or vanilla but I'd be willing to try chocolate.
I don't dump so sugar isn't an issue. BUT I am lactose intolerant so I need something I can make with Lactaid or that doesn't have lactose.

I use plain soy milk, almond milk, or mootopia, which is all good. I sometimes add plain Greek yogurt in. I mix in things like frozen fruit, can pumpkin puree and spices, and various Davinci SF syrups. The powder I prefer is Syntrax nectar brand. I have added a little sf pudding powder, but I don't care for the texture as much. My favorite seasonal one I'm doing now is fresh cranberries that I've frozen, orange sf syrup, plain Greek yogurt, and vanilla protien powder in soy milk blended with additional ice to make it thicker.
