Good morning!  We are one day closer to the weekend... but I'm not counting!!   Now on to LONG day #2 of 4!  Got home around 8 last night and it will be about the same for the next 3 nights!  I love 12+ hour workdays!!!

Good morning.  Here's my plan for today:

protein coffee - done
SF McD's vanilla iced coffee
120+ oz. liquids
chicken salad on green salad for lunch
baked fish and veggie for dinner or pulled pork w/ something
snack: jalapeno egg bites or yogurt

exercise: will walk at park after my haircut if it isn't dark

Good Morning All,

Sorry to about those long hours, Paige.  You are a real trooper.

I'm off to a late start this morning.  Everything is sort of lagging behind for me this morning.  After all, I'm just now getting to check emails and post on OH.  Hopefully things will get better as the day goes by...

- Lots of water
- Planned eating
- Exercise
- Start a new book
- Quite evening & sleep

Good morning ladies!  I'm a little late with this but I've been super busy this morning.

B: summer sausage, cheese, crackers (tray at work)
S: same as breakfast
L: taking my dept out for an appreciation lunch at Mom's Cafe(will probably have mashed pot/gravy/meatloaf
D: my son's band xmas concert tonight so it'll probably be something on the run

Good afternoon! I'm cold! So I have a pot of chili on the stove and will be keeping my tea mug hot and full today!

B...chai tea, cottage cheese/strawberries
S....1/2 homemade protein bar
L....Taco soup
S....apple and cheese
D...chili
LNS...chai tea

I'll probably be adding to this as soon as I figure out just what to add! My body has been acting really hinky the last couple of months, losses have stopped and I've even gained without changing anything. I think it's time to increase my calories again...but I already feel like I eat all the time! Some days I can't hit 1200 much less more!
