December Accountability Sunday

Good morning!  Yesterday went by to too fast and I'm sure today will too!  This next week is going to be along one... but the payoff will be  weeks off for Christmas!  So I'm counting down to Friday!

I threw a bunch of chicken breasts in the crock pot yesterday so today I will be making a couple of soups so that I can freeze those for lunches.  Trying a few new recipes so I will let you all know how they turn out later!

L: soup... not sure what kind yet/cheese crisps
D: Tilapia w/ sweet pepper sauce
Snacks:  100 cal Swiss Miss Bar, ?

must eat better during the day so I am not starving at night! Working hard so I am burning everything I eat. So today I will try harder! To eat:

2 prunes ( new thing I found I like!!)
migas at Daybreak cafe
protein bar
protein drink
bbq for dinner
some fruit
whatever else I can think of

Good morning ladies!  Taking it easy today since I overdid it yesterday(in my book...lol).  Planted new shrubs, encore azaleas & pansies in the front yard flower beds.  Put out the yard xmas decorations also (at least those that still work).  Thinking about going to the grocery store and getting the fixins to make green chile chicken soup today(thanks Paige, soup sounds good)!

L: green chicken chile soup(hopefully)

D: hubs will be back so hopefully we'll grab something out

Good morning.  don't have a great plan for today. 

protein coffee
jalapeno pie (quiche w/ no crust) for breakfast at SS
something protein and Mexican for lunch at Pueblo Viejo
baby shower snack
120+ oz. liquids
have no idea for dinner...probably will thaw out something I've already cooked...maybe meatloaf and salad (no salad isn't frozen)!

I've been missing in action.  My oral surgery has really thrown any eating plans out the window.  But I'm getting better.  I usually go to whatever sounds good from these choices:
 
Greek yogurt, Laughing Cow cheese, cheese stick, boiled egg, baked sweet potato, meatballs, protein hot chocolate

Again today I don't have much of a food plan. Already had late breakfast out

B: Chorizo and egg /potatoes / chips /salsa / couple of bits of tortilla  (already eaten)

L/D - protein / veggie

S: Frozen banana slices with drizzle of SF caramel & chocolate
