Good morning!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend!!! I'm not ready for this week as it's going to be a long one... but the payoff of 2 weeks of Christmas vacation will be worth it!!!

Had a great weekend, but I'm glad it's a new week. I've been in a "motivation" low. I've had a rough few days. Struggling with both my food and exercise. -- I know what I need to do, GET BACK TO BASICS. Starting with reminding myself that motivation is a choice, not this great feeling I have to wake up with. Today's goal is make healthy choices, even though I don't feel like it, and follow that choice with action. So....I was up early and spent an hour on the treadmill and attended an OA Online Meeting. My food addiction/COE is a very powerful thing, and I need to use all the resouces available to me to keep things in "check."
Today's Plan:
- Prayer / Connection w/ my HP (as many times as needed to make it through TODAY)
- Take all my viatamins
- Focus on getting my water in
- Planned eating
- Exercise
- Rest
