WOOOOHOOO for Monday! It's cold as all get out, out there this morning so wrap up good! I'm up and at 'em and trying to stay upbeat. I found out yesterday that Mom won't come for Christmas after all, but she'll come the week after for a week or two... I bawled like a baby when I get off the phone with her, but I'm trying to buck up and deal with it. If after-Christmas is all I can have then I'll take it. I may never speak to the culprit who made her change her mind again, but I'll deal.. LOL
Prayers are going up for all that need them!

Just a regular day at work for me today staying busy. I always have a lot to keep me busy all day.
It's in the low 20's here today w/ high of mid 50's so I'll have to warm the car and bundle up!

Good morning all! I'm going to try to do better with my "train ridership" this week Have a regular, busy day/week planned. I LIKE being busy, so it's all good. Things are still goofy on the home front, but I pray alot and take it a day at a time.
I had 2 nice job offers last week, but believe I am meant to "stay put", for the time being. But-it's still nice to know I have "options". Now..watch me get FIRED today..lol

We Can Do Hard Things
Man it's so cold out there! My Expedition has just about every feature but a remote start. I was thinking this morning how nice that would be.
We went this weekend to a pig/goat show in Glen Rose. We left on Friday and took the RV. Saturday was Glen Rose's show and Sunday was ours. Both of them turned out really well. Neither of the girls placed on either day but the judges said they liked their animals but they needed some muscle. I didn't expect that they'd do well. You have to do more than use your animal as yard/barn art to improve their muscle tone. That and feed them hundreds of dollars every week of the best animal feed on the market. If they don't pick it up by the County show in February then we are cancelling their trips to Austin and Houston. All in all the shows were a lot of fun though.
Kaylee's home! Its really good to have her home for a bit.
I am finishing up last minute stuff before Blake gets here. It's just around the corner now. I don't know where the time went. I am glad that it's almost here though!

Hope all is well with everyone this morning. I bought me two new coats and a light jacket yesterday so I am ready for the cold weather as much as I can be.
Not much plan here today besides work, may do some shopping afterwards. I just have a few more gifts to get and the rest will be gift cards.
