I hope everyone has had a great day doing whatever you had planned... be it running errands or just a little R&R!!!  It's that time to share how you did today!  Don't forget to post the bad along with the good!  We have to be accountable for all of it!

Okay so this is one of those bad days.... where I have to say DO NOT DO WHAT I DID TODAY!!!!

B: None
L: 5 of those large puffy, curly cheetos
D:  a few chips and ranch dip, 2 small taquitos, and a strawberry mojito from Chuy's
Snacks: 1/2 cup chocolate wine, ice cream cone

Again.... bad choices all around!!!  But I am owning it and being accountable... tomorrow is a new day and WILL be better!

Good evening,

We went out to dinner and I ate too much, even tho I didn't eat alot of from each portion I should have skipped the salad and apples. 

B: Egg beater / bacon / potato's / toast
L: 1 1/2 Tamale's / couple of chips / tad of guacamole
D: Pork chop / wedge salad / mashed potatoe's / green beans / sweeten apples
S: Cheese nips / fun size snickers

On a good note I got some walking done via shopping

Not enought to drink and to eat:

LC enchilada suiza 6am
protein bar 10 am
3bites chicken salad, 2 melba rounds, 1piece past, 1/2 strawberry 4pm
10 ritz 1/2 sm bag chips 6pm
2 slices pizza 2 pieces cheese bread 7pm
4 sf oreos, 1/2 cup 25 milk

15000 steps worked 8:30 - 6pm

I definitely have to kick my butt totally back on track.  I haven't been having an eat a thon, but just too many "grab a bites" here and there this past week.

I had:
protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffe (3/4 of one)
4 cc oatmeal cookies throughout the day
low carb/sugar oatmeal crisp
2pieces of beef tenderloin,few bites of mashed potatoes and some salad and green beans
cream of poblano soup
