Oops... almost forgot to post tonight!!!   Can't believe the weekend is over... had a nice quiet day today!  The calm before the storm I guess as I have a crazy week ahead!   Anyway how did everyone do today?

Okay so today was a lazy day...stayed in my jammies all day!!!  I did cook up a few soup recipes and froze those in small containers to take for lunches and made some cheese wafers!!  It was nice to do nothing but piddle around the house and watch a few lifetime movies!!!! LOL

B: Click  (no... didn't have anything)
L:  Soup...   (yes, Indian Summer soup  1/2 cup and 5 cheese wafers)
D:  Tilapia with sweet pepper sauce   (yes)
Snacks: 5 mint Oreo cookies 
(never should have bought these but they are oh so yummy!)

2 grapes/2 cubes cheese at shower
beef fajita meat w/ ench. sauce, cheese on potato slices

food inventory for sun:

sausage egg and cheese biscuit minus biscuit, some hashbrowns, 3 bites french toast
sm apple
protein bar
oh yeah protein drink
2 sm slices pumpkin bread w/butter
2 ribs,2 slice sausage, 1 piece brisket bbq, 3 green beans,1 bite biscuit, 1 bite potatos
hot chocolate & sf cookies!

VSG on 09/02/08 with
B:  1/2 of a Mimi's omelet (no, I repeat, no muffin!!!), two bites of potatoes, latte
L:  few cubes of muenster cheese
D: small serving of pot roast, few cubes of roasted butternut squash, T. of green peas
S: pumpkin fluff made with protein powder

My mouth is still sore.  The stitches come out on Friday.  I still have an ugly purple bruise along my chin line.  I told my husband if any woman scowls at him it's because it looks like I've been slugged!!!  He failed to see any humor.

Evening ladies!

B: sipping on s/f hot chocolate w/ marshmallows (check)
S: protein shake (check)
L: green chicken chile soup(hopefully) (check)
S: more soup (had a strawberry/banana smoothie instead)
D: hubs will be back so hopefully we'll grab something out (had more soup)

LB: Chorizo and egg /potatoes / chips /salsa / couple of bits of tortilla  - Yes

ED: protein / veggie - Ham / small corn on cob / couple of bites of a baked potatoe

S: Frozen banana slices with drizzle of SF caramel & chocolate - Yes

Only on 2nd bottle of water
