Here is my day....

B: Peppermint Mocha Latte from Starbucks (nonfat, no whip)
L:  Indian Summer soup and a piece of cornbread
D: leftovers from lunch
Snacks:  3 multigrain crackers,   100 cal swiss miss bar if I'm still hungry later tonight

Hey there Paige!  Got busy today and forgot to post!

B: protein shake
L: My fit foods salmon & veggies 1/2
S: opened a box of chocolates that was in a gift basket for hubs and that was a HUGE mistake --they are See's mixed nut candies and are quite yummy!!!! Ate 3 of them!
D: My Fit Foods Mario's Mash(looks like turkey meat, noodlles and marinara sauce)

 Hi Everyone,

I've been struggling this week.  Not sure what's going on with me.  Struggling w/ my food and especially with exercise. I'm been forcing, literally dragging myself to the gym and when I do get there, I'm watching the clock.  What's going on with me???

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation - yes
- Vitamins - yes
- Lots of water - only got in half of my goal for the day
- Healthy food choices / Sensible food choices / no grazing == NO!  Lost it at around 3pm
- At least 30 min. of exercise (struggling w/ it lately) = Nope

D: Puff taco / rice / chips / queso / salsa / part of an ice cream cone
S; Cheese nips
