Yeah!!!!  We made it and the weekend is almost here!  Anyone have plans for the weekend?  Not sure what we are doing yet... but the kids are wanting to get out of the house so I guess I'd better come up with something!!!

Plan...
B: Starbucks
L:  Will be at a meeting so it will be grabbing some kind of fast food.
D: chicken enchiladas (old WW recipe...yum)
Snacks: ?

Paige...there's a Santa village outside of College Station.  I think kids usually really like it.  You can find it on the internet.  River Oaks Christmas lights are free.  Santa village wouldn't be.  You could always take them to the park for a nice 10K!

I never got around posting what I ate yesterday.  I have been wanting food all this week.  Hope I get that darn monkey off my back.  I have avoided it in part!  My good friend is in charge of a PTO fundraiser today.  I had to particpate and wasn't chunking out $8 of food.  Wasn't the best choice for me, but hopefully will be tasty.

My plan for today:
protein coffee
McDonald's sf vanilla iced coffee
120+ oz. liquids
baked potato w/ toppings including BBQ beef
dinner: have no idea.  Will pick protein.  I'll have to see what Ben feels like eating.  Maybe he'll grill some meat.

Every year we talk about taking the kids to the one in College Station but still haven't gone!

Good Morning Ladies,

Not sure about the weekend, maybe Mike and I can get some Christmas shopping done.  Will have to brainstorm on some specific gift ideas.

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices / Sensible food choices / no grazing
- At least 30 min. of exercise (struggling w/ it lately)

- A movie
