omg LEGAL EGGNOG!!!

OMG Legal EggNog   1 box SF vanilla pudding mix, 6c. milk 1 or 2%(  I used Mootopia has 12 grms protein and lactofree) 1tsp. Rum or vanilla extract and 1/2tsp. nutmeg.  Mix pudding mix with 2 c. milk then add to rest of the milk and add the extract and nutmeg and mix. Refridgorate for 1-2 hr.s to thicken and marry the flavors. If too thick for you add more milk at this point. I used the whole 1/2gal  which was 10 c. so added a little more pudding and flavorings.   Makes 6 c. 145cal 12grms protein and 12 carbs per serv. and is sugarfree. Takes like the real stuff!  ENJOY!!!!!

yeah i finally found you and this recipe! Want to make it for tomorrow!! Merry Christmas! Is it the large or small sf pudding box and is it cook or instant style??

Hey Meggie. Merry Christmas! It only comes in 1 size small  that I've found and only instant. Use Cheesecake flavor. I used a whole carton of Mootopia which is 10 cups so I added another half package. Make sure you add the pudding mix to just the 2, cups of milk to blend. I added it to more milk and didn't stir it good and it got lumpy. Hope you  have a Great day. I love makingcheesecake with the Fage Greek yogurt too. I use a large container of Total 0% which has 20grms protein in it and add 1 sm. package Jello SF instant cheesecake  flavor pudding mix. Mix together and can add some caramel flavoring or hazelnut flavoring. I put Comstock No Sugar added Cherry Pie filling on top Yummy!!!!
