Good morning.  I would have enjoyed staying in bed too.  Limo was jumping up and down the side of the bed trying his best to get me up.
It is pretty nippy outside.

Someone must have gone to Guadalajara last night for dinner!

My plan:
breakfast: protein coffee
120 + oz. liquids
lunch: leftover Poblano soup w/ chicken
dinner: chicken w/ eggplant and a salad
snack: something healthy/protein

Good morning ladies!  Yes, VERY cold outside as I just got back from walking the dogs(turtle neck, 1 hoodie, 1 jacket, gloves and I was still cold!

B: s/f vanilla cappucino
S: protein shake
L: salmon & vegges from My Fit Foods
S: turkey jerky
D: going to a xmas party w/hubs so I get to play dress up and there will be a variety of foods(good and bad).

Good Morning All,

It is cold, and I too wanted to just stay in my warm bed. 

Anyhow...I made it work work and my day has been in full swing already.  Holiday stuff going on for the office and home.  I'm way too busy, even for my own good.  Need some well deserved R&R.  Come on.....weekend!

Today's Master Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices/Planned eating
- Exercise
- A movie (down-time)
