The week is on the down swing now... and it's time to fess up about how you really did today!!!  Remember we have to be accountable for the good and the bad.... Tomorrow is always a new day and it's never too late to try and do a better job to make healthy choices but... how did you do today?

This was the first day in a long time that I felt totally in control (with a lot of help from prayer).  I wasn't perfect but I was consciously making choices instead of just mindlessly eating.

Today I had:

B:  2 egg bites
S:  protein shake, cheese stick
L:  beans & meat, greek yogurt

Afterschool celebration:  We were celebrating some successes at work today and I CHOSE to participate and was proud of the control - I had 1 small piece of cheese, a teaspoon of spinach dip with a piece of bread and 2 crackers, and a small bite of brownie.  Normally I would have just gone for broke and piled up my plate.

D:  turkey patty, corn, peas
S:  apple

I came home and walked a 2.5 mile trail around my neighborhood.

Good evening ladies!  Just got back from dinner.

B: protein shake (check)
S: turkey jerky (check)
L: leftover tilapia & spaghetti squash from Pappadeaux (check)
S: yogurt (skipped it)
D: baked pork chops & veggies (had Carne Guisada instead)

Well no time to really eat! I did 17,457 steps today, worked 8am-6:30pm. I Ate:

yogurt w/tpn
inside of sonic jr cheeseburger
5 onion rings
2 sf pb cuos
11/2 cup king ranch casserole
some sf oreo heaven

Good evening,

Here my eats for the day:

B: Ham and cheese omelet/toast/tad of jelly  - Yes
L: Tilapia  / pasta with veggies - Had chicken instead
D: Not sure yet; something with lean ground beef - spaghetti with meat sause / lasagna roll / toast
S: 100 cal snack - No had cheese nips instead / frozen banana slices -plan to have later

64 oz of liquids - No - only half way there
