Good morning!!  I was having a great dream... and would have loved to stay in bed and finish that one!!!  Oh well... it is hump day and the week is beginning to take a downward turn!!! 

Plan:
B: Cafe Mocha kcup
L: sushi
D: tilapia
Snack: 100 cal, SF pudding

My plan for today is to remeber to eat and make it count. I am not getting enough during the day and snacking all night. I have plenty to eat at work, just not the time to stop and eat it all! Just got to stop and do it!

Good morning.  I was tempted to sleep in but made myself get up.  I actually didn't even set the alarm.

Here's my plan for today:
protein coffee
McDonald's sf iced vanilla coffee after dr. visit
poblano soup w/ chicken for lunch
flounder or tilapia for dinner w/ veggie
snack: sf pudding cup

Ok, this is disappointing but I've been looking all over this board for the Thursday Accountability thread and low and behold, IT'S NOT THURSDAY!!!!  Back to reality(Weds)....

B: protein shake
S: turkey jerky
L: leftover tilapia & spaghetti squash from Pappadeaux
S: yogurt
D: baked pork chops & veggies
