Hope everyone has had a fabulous day!!!  However, it is that time when we need to be accountable for the choices we have made...  so how did you do today?

cream of poblano soup with chicken...yes
snack:  3 crackers w/ light cream cheese and dab of jalapeno jelly
120 oz. liquids

Busy day at work... it was 3:10 when I realized I hadn't even eaten lunch yet!!!

Plan for today....
B: SF hot spiced apple cider (yes)
L: sushi (yes...3 pieces)
D: tilapia (yes)
Snacks: SF pudding
(No... going to splurge on a small slice of fudge pie from Collin Street Bakery and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.... I'm bad but it's a choice I'm gonna own and enjoy!)

Evening ladies!

B: s/f vanillla cappuccino (check)
S: protein shake (had a small slice of sweet potato pie that a co worker made instead)
L: Pappadeaux (company lunch) (had blackened tilapia & veggies)
S: snack on leftovers from lunch (shared a slice of cheesecake from lunch with 2 other co workers)
D: baked chicken & veggies (check)

Didn't do that great but I can live with it.
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Good evening,

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast - Yes, plus about a teaspoon of homemade plum jelly)
L: Left over chicken with cheese / rice  Yes, plus about 1/2 of flour tortilla
D: ???? - Small salad with ranch, 1/4 c of lasagna, fruit plus very small serving of peach cobbler with a tad of light ice cream
S: frozen banana chips / 100 cal snack  - 1/2 sev of light chips

64 oz of liquids - not even 1/2 there yet
