The Journey 12/8
Well I weighed this morning and haven't gained back any of the 3 lbs. I lost! Wooohooo!
Last night I had some Italian sausage links I had to cook as they'd been thawed for 2 days. Usually I make pizza casserole with them, but I didn't have the ingredients. I ended up cutting them into chunks, browning them in a little Pam, adding in diced onions until golden, then dumped a can of collard greens in the pan. Yum! I don't get to eat greens much but I do like them on occasion. This was a great combination! I have leftovers for my lunch today.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
