So how did you really do? Monday Edition

Good evening everyone!  The week is now under way and almost time to put Monday behind us.  How did you do today?

I am proud to say that I won the arguements with my fat brain today.  I only had healthy options (protein shake, protein bar, fruit, turkey, egg bite, crystal light, and lunch - see below). 

I had a tough battle at lunch.  I was out at doctor appointments all day and didn't get great news.  My fat brain told me to take myself out for lunch between appointments and enjoy a nice, fatty meal. 

We argued for a while but I ended up at Genghis Grill.  I made a bowl of chicken and veggies and got steamed rice on the side.  I only had a couple of bites of the rice and about 1/3 of my bowl of chicken and veggies.  Maybe not the best choice but much better than a pig out at Olive Garden lol

Looking forward to getting back on routine tomorrow!!!  It will feel good to sleep in my own bed tonight... hoping I won't be as sore tomorrow!!!

Plan:
B: Starbucks or McD's SF vanilla iced coffee (went for the Starbucks)
L:  ??  will be on the road (had some potato soup from Collin Street Bakery)
D: tilapia and 1/2 sweet potato (just had the tilapia)
Snacks:  might bunch on something in the car
(had a peanut butter cookie from Collin Street Bakery) Also had 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream tonight.

Good evening Paige & TMB,

I sure am glad Monday is behind me for this week.  Came home to walk the dog and a little bit of house cleaning.  The day was fair as far as my eating and had a pretty productive day at work.

Today's Plan was:
- Prayer & Meditation = YES
- Vitamins = YES
 - Lots of Water = COULD HAVE DONE BETTER
- Healthy food choices / planned eating = YA, BUT DOVE INTO THE TRAIL MIX A BIT WHEN I GOT HOME.  
- Dr. Visit = YES
- Exercise
 = ON THE TREADMILL, NOW.

L: MY FIT FOODS TILAPIA & VEGGIES 1/2(check)
S: MY FIT FOODS APPLE WALNUT MUFFIN (check)
S: popcorn at my sons basketball game
D: LEFTOVER CHILE (check)

seems like I ate quite a bit of food today but it averaged to about 1200 calories so I'm good.

Glad Monday is about over

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast  (Yes)
L: Tilapia / mixed veggie - No went to eat with sister had inside of 1 chicken taco / 1/2 tortilla / 3 nachos/ couple of bite of guacamole /ships / salsa
D: Chicken / mixed veggie / mashed potato's'  - Chicken / 1/4c of pasta with mixed veggie / 1 tbl of pinto beans
S: 100 cal snack - Nope, instead had a few nuts and small SF PB cookie

LS: frozen banana slices with drizzle of chocolate / caramel - will have a little later

Barely time to nosh today:

yogurt w/ptn
protein bar
pb & sf jam sammie
2 sf pb cups
2 rooster wings, 2 rooster balls ( jalepeno potato puff things), 4 stalks celery,1/4 grilled cheese,4 frys and some fried pickles
micro popcorn

13,000+ steps taken, worked 7:30-7pm--I am bushed!
