So how did you really do? Sunday Edition
I haven't posted on this thread in a bit, nor did I post my plan for today but I did well today. Right now, I'm not focusing on counting calories. My goal is to only put good options in my mouth. I threw all the junk in my kitchen away today and restocked with healthy options.
Today, I have had protein shakes, cheese sticks, "beans and meat" (kinda like chili), crystal light, egg bites, grapes, and will probably have a SF jello with a little cool whip in a minute. I feel more in control. The real challenge is when I go back to work, We'll see how this week goes.

Today eats are:
LB: Egg / couple of potato;s/ toast w/jelly
S: Samples of cookies at support group meeting
LD: Chicken Fajita meat / Mixed Veggie / Flour tortilla / chips/ queso/ salsa
On 3rd bottle of water
Will have frozen banana slices with drizzle of caramel and chocolate
