December Accountability Monday
Good morning everyone! Sorry for the late posting this morning...this worn out body just got up and hobbled downstairs! Karla and I will be headed back to Houston in just awhile! It's been a great weekend but time to return to reality!
Plan:
B: Starbucks or McD's SF vanilla iced coffee
L: ?? will be on the road
D: tilapia and 1/2 sweet potato
Snacks: might bunch on something in the car

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here is my plan for today:
B: Fit and Healthy Oatmeal - at desk
S: Decaf Coffee w/ FF creamer
L: Grilled Tilapia (lemon & pepper and 1% cottage Cheese
Fluids: Water based stuff throughout the day.
D: Grilled tilapia (lemon & pepper and 1% cottage Cheese
S: Yogart or pickles off and on - have both with me for whatever I decide

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
