The Journey 12/3

I did really well yesterday until the late afternoon. I had my boiled eggs and grapefruit in the morning, and roast beef/lettuce rollups for lunch. I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything for snack in the afternoon.

About 5 p.m. at my daughter's house, I started to get the shakes and felt jittery. I used to get that way early on after my RNY when I needed protein. I knew there was no way I'd be able to cook dinner feeling that way.

So, I went by Taco Bell and got two crunchy beef tacos. I ate all of one and then the insides out of the other. I figured that was bad but not too bad.

I have got to make time to stock my snack drawer, and plan ahead for it.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Honey, crunchy tacos from Taco Bell have only 170 calories,12 grahms of carbs (the shell) and 8 gms of protein! Not as bad as you think!

Yeah. Sounds like ya did pretty good to me but that not eating until your shaking is a problem. That is what I struggle with the most. If I eat my meals and regular snacks weather I want to or not I do really well and seem to see a drop in the scale.
