The Journey 12/3
I did really well yesterday until the late afternoon. I had my boiled eggs and grapefruit in the morning, and roast beef/lettuce rollups for lunch. I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything for snack in the afternoon.
About 5 p.m. at my daughter's house, I started to get the shakes and felt jittery. I used to get that way early on after my RNY when I needed protein. I knew there was no way I'd be able to cook dinner feeling that way.
So, I went by Taco Bell and got two crunchy beef tacos. I ate all of one and then the insides out of the other. I figured that was bad but not too bad.
I have got to make time to stock my snack drawer, and plan ahead for it.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
