So how did you really do? Thursday Edition
Good evening!!! So happy that the week is winding down and I will be Dallas bound this time tomorrow!!! Do you all find yourself drawn towards comfort food when it is cold?? I do... when it's hot outside I don't have much of an appetite... but when it's cold I want all my old favorites!!!
Okay so how did everyone do today?

chicken enchilada "guts" (no tortillas) for dinner...Yes
snack: probably 60 cal. choc sf pudding...not sure yet
no formal exercise today...resting up for The White Rock 1/2 marathon. ...accomplished

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks: candy bar (not a good choice)

D:Small pc of Fried chicken (didn't eat skin) / mashed potato / about 1/2 of corn on cob / biscuit
May have a snack later
About to start on 4th bottle of water.
