So how did you really do? Thursday Edition

Good evening!!!  So happy that the week is winding down and I will be Dallas bound this time tomorrow!!!  Do you all find yourself drawn towards comfort food when it is cold??  I do... when it's hot outside I don't have much of an appetite... but when it's cold I want all my old favorites!!!

Okay so how did everyone do today?

protein coffee...Yes
SBUX 100 calorie drink...Yes
chef salad for lunch w/ light dressing...Yes
100 + oz. liquids...need 12 more oz.  going to drink NOW
chicken enchilada "guts" (no tortillas) for dinner...Yes
snack: probably 60 cal. choc sf pudding...not sure yet

no formal exercise today...resting up for The White Rock 1/2 marathon. ...accomplished

Okay here was my day.....

Exercise... no haven't all week as I was letting a blister heal
B: SF hot spiced apple cider
L: ham and bean soup/ 4 cheese wafers
D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce
Snacks: candy bar (not a good choice)

Hubs made me s/f hot chocolate last night and even put some marshmallows on top!  It was yummy and definitely took the chill out! Def a favorite when it's cold outside!  You ladies have fun in Dallas this wknd and be safe!

B: s/f vanilla cappucino (CHECK)
S: protein shake (CHECK)
L: My fit foods turkey lemon & asparagus (CHECK)
S: beef jerky from buc ees (CHECK)
D: turkey mignons from Sam's/veggies(CHECK)
 
Wow, I actually stayed on plan again today!  Thinking about having a cup of s/f hot chocolate b4 I go to bed...

Was doing great till dinner

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Chicken Fajita Pita
D:Small pc of Fried chicken (didn't eat skin) / mashed potato / about 1/2 of corn on cob / biscuit

May have a snack later

About to start on 4th bottle of water.
