Good morning! Seems like I just went to bed and next thing I know the alarm is going off....ugh!!! Not ready to tackle the day yet but at least the week is almost over!!!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Good morning. I feel the same way Paige and I was in bed at 8:45. I did get up at 5:15 before the alarm went off. I need to get to school a little early because the 2 men that help with ARD's will be there early and waiting on me to unlock the door. One is our vocational teacher rep that sits in them with me and the other subs for the special ed teachers. They are both such great help I don't want to leave them waiting!
Some Fritos called my name last night...bad carb Karla ate some...will avoid that today!
Here's my plan for today:
protein coffee
SBUX 100 calorie drink
chef salad for lunch w/ light dressing
100 + oz. liquids
chicken enchilada "guts" (no tortillas) for dinner
snack: probably 60 cal. choc sf pudding
no formal exercise today...resting up for The White Rock 1/2 marathon.

- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices / planned eating
- OA On-Line Meeting
- Exercise
- Down time w/ Reading & Sleep

Good morning. I am done with grading research papers until 4pm today. It's a great feeling. I'm ready for the weekend so we can go to Austin for some relaxation.
Plan:
B- mint java chip EAS shake thingie
L- I'm thinking soup or sammich...or a little of both
D- turkey flautas with black beans and cheese (if i go to the store for more black beans) if not, then turkey and stuffing
S- almonds or soy chips
