So how did you really do? Wednesday Edition

Well we have made it through the worst part of the week... it's all down hill from here!!!  So how did everyone do today?

Disclaimer: Please be honest with yourself here about how you really did! This is not a thread telling others how they should eat or passing judgments on others… but this is reality. Sometimes reality bites… we are all human and no matter how good our intentions may be at the beginning of the day. Life gets in the way and we all face temptations! It happens to everyone. So this journey is yours… own it, learn from it, and move on to the next day!!!

Well today was better then yesterday... thank goodness!!!  The scale was actually down this morning...go figure.  I don't think I will ever figure out this mystery called weight loss!!! Car is fixed after we had it towed to the dealership...easy fix at no charge!!! Prayers were answered!!!

Exercise-  3-4 miles if I don't have to work late (no... not yet anyway)
B:  Chai Tea (no had SF hot spiced apple cider)
L: ham and bean soup (yes and added 6 cheese wafers)
D: tilapia (in the oven now)
Snacks: Happy Holly bar
(no had 100 cal snack instead) might have 100 cal fudge bar later if hungry

Well...just a few more "awake" hours left in this day and I still have some water to drink, supper to eat and a snack to have.  I better get busy.  I only lack 8 oz. of water, so I'm in good shape there.

protein coffee...Yes
SBUX 100 calorie drink...Yes
120+ oz. liquids...just need 8 more oz.
lunch: chef salad w/ light dressing...yes
dinner: chicken/couscou/butternut squash stuff from freezer...going to heat up in a bit
*added 4 pecans to eat for snack

snack: low carb/low sugar apple crisp...will have before bedtime

exercise: ride bike 3+ miles after work...Yes

Evening ladies!  Ok, so here's how it went today...

B: s/f cappuccino (check)
S: 1/2 soy burger (check)
L: My Fit foods tacos (check)
S: 1/2 soy burger (check)
D: pork chop/veggies (check)

I actually stuck to plan!!!
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Had more for dinner then plan but still did ok overall

B: Ham and cheese omelet / toast with SF jelly  -  yes
L: Tilapia / mixed veggies - yes
D: Pork chop / mixed veggies -  Pork  with  a 1/4 c each of dressing/broc casserole / mashed potato  and a couple of bites of bread
S: 100 cal snack - not yet will have later

64 oz of water  - about to start on 4th bottle

Good Evening Ladies,

Did not sleep well last night and I was running super late this morning.  Mike, my hubby, was up late working and I kept waking up the entire night.  I was a mess this morning, but he ironed for me and I managed to get out of the house on time and make it to the office by 8am.

Over all, I think I had a pretty good day.  Managed to keep from compulsively eating and stuck to my healthy planned food.  I'm giving myself a big "pat on the back" for not turning to the food and/or sugar to comfort.  BIG DEAL FOR ME!  

Even though I can hardly believe it myself, I even managed to get my exercise in too.  Thanks to Mike for that one.  He stuck to his plan and made it a point for us to go to The Y, after work today.

Now it's SLEEP time for me.  I've been waiting for this all day.
